Two held in bookie armed robbery hunt

A 29 year old London man was yesterday arrested in London in connection with two offences of armed robberies at BetFred in Cyncoed Cardiff and Thomson's Travelshop in Pontyclun on Thursday 15th February 2006.

He has been taken to Cardiff to be interviewed by police.

A second man (38), from the South Wales area, is being held in custody in connection with the incident.

Police are renewing their appeal to trace a third man wanted in connection with the incident, who is described as:

Black, 6ft in height, approximately 25 years of age, skinny build with facial stubble, and possibly speaks with a Cardiff accent. He was wearing black jeans, a black woolly hooded top with black woolly beanie hat, black gloves and white trainers.
