O'Sullivan KOd in Welsh Open

Ronnie O'Sullivan has been knocked out of the Welsh Open snooker tournament after losing 5-4 to Australian Neil Robertson in Newport.

Robertson fought back from 4-3 down against the former world champion win his place in the semi-finals. The 25-year-old scored a break of 124 in frame eight to force a decider which he won 74-45.

Robertson plays Steve Davis in the last four after the 49-year-old's 5-4 win over Anthony Hamilton.

In the other semi, Andrew Higginson will face either Shaun Murphy or Stephen Maguire.
